World Cup 2026

Mexico advanced last night with 2-0 victory over Ecuador at the Estadio Azteca in Mexico City. The entire country seems to be going bonkers over their national team, and we felt it here in San Miguel. Last night they setup two HUGE screens in the Jardin for a public watch party, and it was packed with thousands of cheering fans. Lots of families, everyone in green jerseys and waving Mexican flags. We finished watching the match at home, and at the end with the win, there were car horns and celebrations heard all over the city! Next up for Mexico.... England.
