Hight Desert bloom

Rained heavily last night, and this morning we took a hike around El Charco. We were both surprised and delighted by the amazing blooms in the cactus, full of yellow, red, white and rose-colored flowers. Having hiked in El Charco dozens of times over the years, we had never seen it quite like that. Spectacular!
